The So-called LIFE

I love listening to the radio every morning particularly the “Morning Rush” of Chico and Delamar. Just listening to them makes my day happy. But I’m wondering why they call their news as “News at 17“?

For a week now, I’ve been listening to them, waiting for the news. As expected, they’re having their news every 17th minutes of the hour. That’s one reason but why at 17?

Hmm.. Is it because their station is located at the 17th floor of Strata 2000 Building? Or maybe they rule the radio station for 17 days/months? Anyone, help me!!!

It’s nice to be back. I’ve been busy for a month now. So many things happened. Some are bad and some are really good.

My shop is temporarily close right now, due to some issues with my partner. I felt so bad because my life revolves around it for the past 3 years. Now I’m opening again but this time as a solo businessman. Wish me luck!

The good thing that happened, we are now living again in our old house which we almost lost to Sta.Lucia. Now, I’m buying it and just waiting for the contract to sign. Waahh, I’ll be paying it for 5 years.

And another good thing, I’m happy to get a new client. And this is what’s keeping me busy right now. I’m excited to finish Paula Taylor’s Fan Site. WooHoo!

For almost two months now, I’ve been updating my friend’s website. Yes, it took me months to have a new layout and photo blog working because I’m busy the whole time playing DOTA. hehe.

I can’t believe we could play ’til morning just for DOTA game. I’ts kinda addicting that we could not resist playing. But this has to stop, I need to concentrate more on studying C#. Learning it is my goal at the end of the year.

Anyway, martinatav.com is now up and running.

Ok, my site is up again but my September posts are gone. Kapag minamalas ka nga naman oh.

Last August, I posted the importance of backing up database since my server went down and my database was resetted. Thanked God I have an August-20 back-up at that time.

Again my server went down and they erased my database. I never expected this to happen again, dammit. I forgot to back-up my files.

haay, I added WP-Db-Backup plugin pa naman sa server ko so it’s easy to backup database kaso hindi ko din nagamit.

Some people really never learn and that inlcudes me. F***!

It’s been weeks since I visited my blog. I’ve been kinda busy these past weeks for gimiks, business and interviews.

Last two weeks ago, I was in Fiamma bar for some birthday celebration of a friend. That bar in Jupiter St., Makati was really good. And nice people. You’ll see beautiful people everywhere. And lots of foreigners. I met Sher’s friends and they’re all awesome. Sher was my booth partner in Tiendesitas last December 2007. Read the rest of this entry »
