Not Happy with 1.4 Million Pesos Inheritance

Good news, I just inherited a Lot (real estate) with 328 square meters worth 1.4 Million Pesos. The bad news is I have to pay 1.4 Million Pesos to Sta. Lucia Realty Corporation just to get it back.
Are you kidding me?! Where am I suppose to get that big amount?! I think I’m gonna die.
If not for the years I stayed there, I’m not going to waste my time getting it back. There was a court order to vacate our place so I hired an Attorney to help me negotiate with them. What’s killing me again is the Attorney’s fee, It’s so fucking big. I never thought of it to be that huge. Their acceptance fee is P 20,000, P 3,000 for each documents and P 3,000 for each hearing. Huhu.. I’m loosing my bank account.
The worse part here is I’m shouldering all the expenses. My father and sisters can’t help me. It’s ok with me to shoulder this one alone but I still have credit cards to pay. And I’m also paying my sister’s apartment. Crap!
I just hope the negotiation goes well. I’m hoping to lower the amount of the land to 800K to 1M and payable in 5 or 10 years.
