The So-called LIFE

It’s 3:30 in the morning now and I can’t sleep. I just got home. My whole day at the shop was not so productive. I’m supposed to design some branding for my new client and convert an approved layout into html/css format but I wasn’t in the mood to work. I’m still in vacation mode. Tonight, I’ll be working again, back to my usual everyday life.

So how’s my vacation? It was tiring. I can’t imagine I’m awake 48 hours just to have my vacation. Yup, 48 hours! It’s supposed to be a rest but I don’t think I got it 100%.

On a Thursday morning, I slept 9:30 AM when Kim called me after 10:30 AM to confirm our plan of going to Batangas for a Beach vacation. After the call, I had a hard time sleeping. When I checked the time it was 12 in the afternoon. I decided to get up and see my friends. I went to the shop. I thought we’re going to leave Manila before 3PM but I waited for 8 hours. It was 10 PM we left the shop. I let Mark do the driving duty ’til Batangas.

Finally, I got it spelled right. I first called the bar “Boobys” then Kookai corrected me so I spelled it Berbys. But I misspelled it again. It’s Burbys pala. tsk, tsk..

Anyway, we were at “Burbys” (with a double quote!) last Saturday for a beer drinking session with Kris, Kookai, Boss Edi and Kath. Mark, Kim and I brought two of our friends named Bo (Christopher daw!) and Mac (The Basher). Kath was accompanied by two friends also named Ana and Jen.

‘Nga pala, we’re late again (talagang consistent!). Ang usapan was 10:00 PM, 12AM na kami nakarating sa Burbys. Oh well, huwag na kayong magtaka, laging ganun naman eh. Sirang sira na talaga image namin sa kanila.

My whole week have been pretty normal. And normal means having to bring my car again to the office everyday; not worried financially; And having fun while working.

The only thing that’s not normal is my blog. I haven’t posted for days now due to bad internet connection at home and really busy work at the office.

I’ve been really lucky for the past days. My Monday was the best. I had a big reason to smile for the whole month and sana tuloy-tuloy na.
