The So-called LIFE

Woohoo, this is my new gadget. I’m so excited to use it next week for my outdoor portrait shoot-out. I think this is my first good buy. The first of which I know where I will use it.

I learned from the Gurus of Imagine Nations that an 85mm is the best lens for portraits. I bought it yesterday at Pixel Pro Megamall. I thought of buying the f/1.4 but it’s to expensive for me so I went to f/1.8D which is still a good buy.

I’m going to the three falls of Rizal today to survey the place. Next week, I’m planning a Dyosa Theme portraits in one these falls.

Last week as I was talking to my office-mates online, my macbook’s 60W power adapter gave up. I noticed it wasn’t charging anymore. Adding to my list of bad luck; my Ipod Hi-Fi, my 3 desktop PCs and my TV are all malfunctioning. grrrhh… I was a victim of typhoon Ondoy (just so you all know!)

Ok, enough of this crap! This won’t ruin my month as I am leaving tomorrow for Cebu and Bohol trip. It’s going to be fun for sure.

Boohoo! I just accomplished one of my wish in my 2009 Wishlist. Yup, I bought my first DSLR yesterday. The “Nikon d90” is my ultimate gadget for this year and I’m happy to have it now.

Too bad, I can’t use it now because I still need to buy a lens. I’m planning to buy “Nikon AFS 16-85mm f3.5-5.6 VR” or “Nikon AFS 18-200mm f3.5-5.6 VR” this week or next week and also “Nikon AFS 60mm f2.8 G Micro” at the end of the year. But I still have lots of stuff I need to buy first before getting Nikon AFS 60mm. I have to buy a Flash (Nikon SB 600), battery pack, tripod and dry box (Oh men, this hobby is too expensive!).

Oh yes, I do have one now. She’s very beautiful, elegant and fun to be with. She has a skin of a perfect white that makes me want to touch her everyday. I love it when I’m infront of her face to face for hours, while touching her soft fingers and caressing her palm. I’m so into her that I take her wherever I go. She’s a part of me that I can’t live without. I’m not going to leave her, not this time, or ever because we are now ONE. Oh Juliana, you complete me… mwah! (ang landi! hehe)
