Honda Bay Tour (Puerto Princesa)

December 3, 2009 | Filed under Adventure | 170 views

pandan Island Honda Bay is a group of small islands lined with fine white sand beaches. Our trip to Honda Bay was an all-day trip and actually an island hopping tour. We toured three islands and these are Pandan Island, Snake Island and Starfish Island. We’re supposed to visit Pambato Coral Reef but the waves and sudden weather change didn’t allowed us. But it’s still fun! Smile

Anyway, we left the hotel around 8am for the Honda Bay tour. It took us 30 minutes ride going to Honda Bay Port. We brought a snorkeling gear, change clothes and underwater camera.

Maguindanao Massacre

November 26, 2009 | Filed under Politics, Random Ramblings | 79 views

The first time I heard this gruesome massacre, I felt so furious that I can’t stand the thought of it. I can’t believed this thing can happen at this generation. I condemned the killings and those cold-blooded murderers must be brought to justice.

I’m so fucking mad up until now. How can those murderers sleep when I, myself is having a hard time.

It happened November 23, 2009.

According to GMA News:

About 9:00 AM, a convoy of at least 7 vehicles carrying journalists, lawyers, and relatives of Maguindanao vice mayor Datu Ismael “Toto” Mangudadatu leaves Buluan to file Mangudadatu’s Certificate of Candidacy in Shariff Aguak.

At 10:30 AM, the convoy and nearby vehicles are accosted by a group of armed men. All lines of communication are cut off.

About 11:00 AM, the Philippine Army units in the area are alerted and launch a search for the hostages and their abductors.

After 11:00 AM, the hostages are taken in their vehicles to a nearby hill about 2 km off the main road, where a backhoe is used to dig a mass grave. The armed men systematically kill the hostages. dumping their bodies as well as their vehicles into the mass graves.
