The So-called LIFE

Last year, I wanted to attend photography workshop but I wasn’t able to go because of my hectic schedule (naks!). Now, I’m really decided to pursue this new found hobby and hopefully will lead to a new career someday.

It’s been almost a year now since I got my Nikon D90. I used it most on my heavy sched adventures last year. After months of using it, I realized there’s something missing with my photos and I want to improve it this year.

I wanted my portrait photos to have more life. And my landscapes to be more interesting. Learning by myself is not enough.

So I searched the internet for the best Photography workshop and almost end up with Jo Avila. But his seminar schedule is not convenient for me. I can’t attend his workshop on a weekdays as I have work at night. His Saturday sessions will start on April 17 but I can’t wait that long. I just have this feeling that I need to start right now.

As I continue searching the net, I found the one that’s very interesting. I found the “Purpose Driven Photographer“. I like their programs from weeks 1 to 7. For only Php 5,000.00, that’s very cheap for what they offer.

No post in the month of February. Waahh…

Ok, I’m kinda busy working on Paula’s new site. I’m working on her personal and fan club site. And I’m also busy working on other stuff that I don’t want to mention for now (secret muna!). The worst thing that happen to me this February, I got sick. And still sick until now.

I got a new dog ‘nga pala, a female labrador. We named it Daffodil. I think I’m going to start breeding again. I’m planning to buy a Pomeranian next time (Maybe this year).

The coolest thing this Feb, was my new lens. The Sigma 30mm F1.4 is my new toy. This lens is expensive but I bought it for a very cheap price.

I had a bad day yesterday. Sobrang badtrip, nakapark na nga lang yung auto ko, binangga pa. Ang mas badtrip dun, kakapagawa ko lang on that day. As in literal na kagagawa lang! grrhhh…

After kong i-road test, I parked my car in front of my house. Pumasok ako sa loob at pinakain mga mekaniko ko. Wala pa atang mga 5 minutes, nakarinig kami ng malakas na tunog. Bigla akong napatakbo palabas and I saw an owner type jeep na bumangga sa auto ko. Pagmamalasin ka nga naman oh! Kainis talaga, 5 minutes ko lang na-enjoy yung kotse kong bagong gawa.

I’m back online after weeks of absent. Oh yes, I’m back to business again. The first thing I want to do is write down all the things I want to do this year. I don’t want to say it’s my new year’s resolution because I always end up not doing it so this is a must do for me. Hmm… where do I start?!

‘think I’ll just write down my “Must do” for 2010:

1. Start working on Paula Taylor’s personal website
2. (Again) Design new concept for Guagua Dental Centre’s website (pasaway na client)
3. Work on my new Photoblog site
4. Create new theme for my “So-Called LIFE” site
5. Improve Netcrunchers site
6. (puro ata website, ibahin ko naman) Buy another Gym equipment (Bench Press and Barbells) so I can start working out again
7. Visit Boracay with Edi syempre
8. Look for new… (I want a happy & healthy environment)
9. Buy a Fast Lens (Gusto ko ng f1.4 50mm)
10. last, hmm.. magsave ng money (kailangan na eh)
